At Delbar Rose, we are deeply passionate about merging the timeless beauty of traditional rose water distillation with the endless possibilities of contemporary usage for health and well being. Our high altitude farm along the Pecos River produces some of the most fragrant roses that allow us to provide a range of products that can be used to benefit yourself and your environment.

We strongly believe in maintaining the highest quality roses, grown absolutely naturally and distilled in the traditional Persian method using cooper distilling pots with pure filtered water.

For us, this is not only about high quality rose water, but about continuing the legacy of our ancestors. In Persian "delbar" means the one who takes your heart. This project is a way to entrench ourselves in the beauty of life, to embrace every cliche and metaphor about roses, from the bead of sweat that sprung into a rose bush to self inflicted cuts made by a lovesick princess with every drop of blood shed turning into a rose petal and from the sharpest thorns protecting the softest flowers to the age old saying about smelling the roses. If roses are a silent poem than Delbar Rose is a silent celebration of indulgence, simplicity, nostalgia, and the timeless scent of rose water that can mean a million different things.
